Production times

Every item is printed on demand, just for you. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before your order is dispatched.

Where we ship from

Orders are produced and shipped from our print partners' facilities in the United Kingdom and the United States, depending on the product and your destination.

Estimated delivery times (after production)

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
United States: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers can experience delays, especially around holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over £75 ship free.

Customs & import fees

Depending on your country and where your order is produced, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also use the “Track Your Order” link on our website.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bernesetreasures.com and we will make it right.
