Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the day you receive your item. To start a return, or for any question, contact us at hello@bernesetreasures.com.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first: items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

UK & EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, including items bought on sale. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products (see below). To exercise it, email us at hello@bernesetreasures.com within the 14-day period.

Personalised / custom products

Products made to your specifications (for example items created through our Unique Items design service) are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at hello@bernesetreasures.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to send the item back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order.
